A class for experienced youth workers and teachers who are interested in starting their own youth bike program in their community.

Get experience planning, teaching, and leading a youth bike program. The three week intensive course will give you an overview of successful youth program models including budgets, schedules and lesson plans. In addition to program logistics participants will gain hands-on experience teaching mechanics, bicycle safety drills and leading group rides. The $300 course fee includes teaching manual, 6 week curriculum, fifteen hours of instruction and opportunity to visit and observe current youth programs.
